FRIENDS OF THE FESTIVAL

The Orlando GLBT Theatre Festival is a new theatrical event combining the best talents in Orlando to celebrate the work and artists who create our theatrical history.  Featuring fully-realized productions as its backbone, the Festival also strives to continue the excellence of local GLBT theatre artists through the Paul Wegman Memorial ICON Award (which will be awarded to an Orlando theatrical luminary), the Debbie Dean Memorial GLBT Theatre Scholarship (which will be awarded to a local GLBT high school theatre student planning to pursue theatrical arts in college), as well as the New Works series (featuring staged readings of brand new plays appealing to the GLBT experience).

None of this can be done without the financial assistance of corporate and individual sponsorship.  It is our hope that as a member of the community, you wish to support professional theatrical productions featuring the best of the best of the Orlando theatre community and beyond.  We hope you will take a moment to consider sponsorship, and pledge to make that contribution to the Orlando GLBT Theatre Festival today.  With your help, an extraordinary celebration of the past, the present, and the future will take flight.
